Help! How Do I Reach My Goals?


Do you ever feel like you get so close to a goal or you're on the right track, then suddenly... "Woah! Where am I?" Your goal is still there. You can see it, but you can't seem to find your way toward it. Some people call this "falling off the wagon" or "I'm just not motivated".  I don't buy that. You are not inherently non-motivated or doomed to fall off the wagon, again and again. Most of us create a goal and forget to lay the stepping stones it will take to get from here to there. In order to do that, we must take the time to revisit our past attempts to reach this goal or a similar one to see what we get to do on our journey toward success. During this discovery process, we also get to analyze what stumbling blocks we came across and plan for them this time around. Once we understand what daily habits we get to build into our lives, tracking our progress becomes extremely important.  There are many ways to track your progress, and. you can get as creative as you wish! Google is also super helpful for this. Guess what else is super helpful. Someone to walk by your side through the process--a great coach will help you every step of the way.
